The feedback section provides unique feedback on your meeting's progress using pre-defined recipes containing specific milestones for each meeting type. The algorithm automatically detects milestones reached and missed, clearly showing your team's performance.

There are eleven different meeting types Spiky gives you feedback accordingly:

  • Sales Meeting

    • Aims to strategize and align efforts to boost sales, achieve targets, maximize revenue, and showcase product demos to prospects.

  • One On One Meeting

    • Covers performance, feedback, goal setting, and career development.

  • Board Meeting

    • Involves high-level discussions on strategic planning, financial performance, governance, and policy decisions.

  • Investor

    • Communicates financial performance, growth strategies, and investment opportunities to potential or existing investors.

  • Team Standup

    • Provides brief updates and aligns on tasks and priorities among team members.

  • Interview

    • Evaluates job candidates, review resumes, conduct interview, and make hiring decisions.

  • Brainstorming

    • Generates creative ideas, solves problems, and explores new possibilities collaboratively.

  • Mentorship

    • Provides guidance, advice, and personal and professional development support in one-on-one interactions.

  • Onboarding

    • Facilitates smooth integration of new employees into the organization, covering introductions, policies, training, and culture.

  • Customer Support

    • A customer support meeting is a scheduled interaction between the customer support team and the customer to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Product Meeting

    • A product meeting is a scheduled gathering where cross-functional teams discuss and make decisions about a product.
