  • Add relevant keywords or phrases that Spiky should listen for during meetings (e.g., “not interested,” “too expensive”).

  • Click "Save Changes" to activate the tracker for future analyses.

2. Manage existing trackers

  • The "Existing Trackers" section lists all active trackers (e.g., Pain point, Budget, Timeline).

  • Click the three-dot menu to modify or delete a tracker if needed.

⚠️ Note: Any changes to trackers will only affect future meetings; they will not retroactively update past reports.

A keyword tracker helps you to track and analyze specific keywords or phrases mentioned during your meetings or interactions. This feature helps identify key themes, trends, and pain points that emerge during these discussions. It is particularly valuable for gathering insights, improving sales strategies, and making data-driven decisions.

Here's how a keyword tracker for sales meetings and analysis typically works:

  1. Recording and Transcribing: Sales meetings, whether in-person or virtual, are recorded and transcribed using the keyword tracker software. Some tools may integrate directly with conferencing platforms or CRM systems to automate this process.

  2. Keyword Identification: The software scans the transcribed text to identify and extract specific keywords or phrases related to products, features, pain points, competitor mentions, customer preferences, and other relevant topics.

  3. Tagging and Categorization: The identified keywords are then tagged and categorized based on predefined criteria. For example, keywords could be categorized as positive feedback, negative feedback, pricing inquiries, feature requests, etc.

  4. Data Analysis and Visualization: The keyword tracker aggregates and presents the data in a structured and easily digestible format. This could be in the form of charts, graphs, word clouds, or heat maps. The sales team can quickly identify trends and patterns from the data.

  5. Insights and Decision-Making: By analyzing the keyword data, sales teams gain valuable insights into customer preferences, pain points, objections, and other critical information. This helps them tailor their sales approach, address customer concerns, and make informed decisions to improve their sales strategies.

  6. Performance Tracking: Over time, the keyword tracker enables the sales team to monitor changes in customer sentiment, product feature popularity, or other metrics that may impact sales performance.

  7. Integration with CRM and Sales Tools: Some advanced keyword trackers may integrate with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other sales tools. This integration enables seamless data exchange and facilitates enhanced analysis across multiple platforms.

Using a keyword tracker for sales meetings and analysis can significantly improve a sales team's effectiveness, providing valuable insights into customer behaviour and preferences. It enables sales professionals to be more responsive to customer needs, identify areas for improvement, and refine their sales strategies for better results.
