Setting Up for Success

Customize Your Integrations

Integrating your tools with Spiky is essential for maximizing the efficiency of your online meetings.

  • Customizing calendar settings: After connecting your calendar, Spiky will automatically join your meetings by default. You can specify which meetings you want Spiky to join. For example, if you select the “Meetings Organized as Host” option, Spiky will only join the meetings where you are the host/organizer of the calendar invitation.

  • Cloud Integration: Connect Spiky to cloud platforms like Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. These integrations allow you to select and analyze previously recorded cloud calls. Please note that this is only required if you want to transfer your previously recorded calls in a conferencing platform. It is not necessary for future meetings if you already have connected your calendar.

Customizing Feedback for Different Meeting Types

Tailored Insights for Every Interaction

Spiky provides customized feedback for various meeting types, including:

Meeting types use pre-defined meeting templates composed of specific topics and questions. If you are an admin, you can create a custom meeting template for your company. Custom meeting templates are explained in detail in the next section

Sales Meetings can be tailored to fit your organization's sales framework. The admin can choose from the frameworks provided by Spiky (such as BANT, MEDDIC, or MEDDPICC), customize the existing frameworks, or create a new one from scratch. Once selected, this sales framework will be applied to all meetings classified under the “Sales Meeting” type.

To modify the sales frameworks, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Organization > Sales Framework.

  2. Click on Edit.

  3. Make the desired changes.

  4. Click the Next button.

  5. Click Save.

If you want to assign different importance scores to each discussion topic, you can specify that, and Spiky will use these scores to determine deal health. Otherwise, we will use the same importance for each topic.

Create a custom meeting template

To create a custom meeting template, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Organization > Meeting Template.

  2. Click on the Create button.

  3. Write down the topics and questions you want to discuss.

  4. Click Done.

Once you create your meeting template, it will appear in the list when selecting the meeting type for generating feedback.

Moments and Deep Dive

Identifying and prioritizing the most crucial aspects of your meetings is vital for success. Understanding the underlying factors behind key moments is essential for driving successful sales meetings. By gaining time-based insights into specific metrics for each participant, such as vocal, visual, and language indicators, you can better understand their sentiments and engagement levels during the meeting.

Moments

Spiky can streamline your meeting reviews by focusing on the most critical sections.

You can quickly view a snapshot of notable changes per participant, including positive and negative fluctuations throughout the meeting. These moments provide a deeper understanding of the meeting's progression and participant engagement.

The 'Moments' tab is available in the meeting analysis section. Simply select the person whose Moments you want to view, and you will see the topic and duration of each Moment. To see a summary, click the plus icon next to the Moment.

Key moments per person

The key moments per person timeline allows you to navigate through pivotal moments of the call. Green bars denote positive moment intervals, whereas red bars show negative moment intervals. Color-coded circles categorize moment types (language positivity, vocal energy, and language emotion).

Click on the color-coded bars to go to that meeting moment.

Deep Dive

The deep dive section provides time-based information on specific metrics for each participant, including vocal, visual, and language indicators.

  • Vocal

    • Vocal Emotion: Vocal emotion comes from your vocal tone, whether it is angry, happy, neutral, or sad.

    • Vocal Energy: Vocal energy represents the energy level in your vocal tone: Energetic and monotonic.

  • Visual

    • Attention: Visual Attention measures participants' focus during meetings using facial analysis. Spiky provides metrics on distraction, normal engagement, and attentiveness.

    • Visual Emotion: This metric presents the average mood analysis of participants based on their facial expressions. The graph represents negative, neutral, and positive emotions.

  • Language

    • Language Emotion: This analyzes whether your language conveys displeasure, empathy, excitement, neutrality, or optimism.
