The Coaching section is available in two places within your meeting analysis:
Overview > Coaching tab – Personalized, per-participant metrics showing question ratio, talk ratio, talking speed, and other behavioral insights. See Personal Stats for Coaching for details.
Meeting Template > Spiky Coaching – General (non-personalized) coaching suggestions based on the topics in your meeting template, available as an expandable section after clicking Regenerate.
The Spiky Coaching section within Meeting Template provides guidance on what was covered and what still needs attention. It shows:
Completed topics and growth potential areas
Time intervals from your meeting where each topic was discussed
Suggested questions to help cover missed topics in future meetings
