Scribe is a bot that automatically joins your meetings to record and analyze without manual labor. It will operate as your co-operator in your meetings.
Navigate to the Meetings page to invite Scribe to your meeting.
Click the orange Invite Scribe button at the top left of the page.
There are two ways how Scribe works:
Automatically join your calendar meetings
One-time invitation
Automatically join the calendar meetings
You first need to connect your calendar to activate the Scribe.
Navigate to the Meetings page.
Click the Invite Scribe button on the top-left side of the page.
Select your desired calendar to connect and click the Connect button.
One-time invitation
You don't need to connect your calendar to use Scribe. But if you don't, it won't automatically join your meetings; you must invite it manually every time.
Navigate to the Meetings page.
Click the Invite Scribe button on the top-left side of the page.
Enter your Meeting URL on the right side of the pop-up with the name of the meeting as an optional field.
Click the Invite Scribe button to invite.
Wait a few minutes before Scribe joins your meeting. If you are still looking for the Scribe among the participants, please make sure to look at the waiting room of your meeting.
