How does the Spiky setup work?

It is easier than ever. Take five minutes and start your analysis.

Updated today

It'll take 5 minutes to open your account and start turning your conversations into real outcomes.

1. Open your account

If you don't have a Spiky account yet, you need to sign up to Spiky platform to analyze your meetings and access insights.

If you already have an account, please use the login page to access your profile.

2. Connect your daily tools

Integrate your daily work tools, like your calendar and CRM platform, to streamline your workflow on Spiky and automate the entire process.

3. Invite Scribe

Once your calendar is connected, Scribe will automatically join your scheduled calls, based on your meeting recording configurations, to record and analyze your meetings. Scribe will capture audio and video of the participants, along with any screen shares, presentations, demos, and more.

If your calendar is not integrated, you will need to manually invite Scribe to the meetings you want to analyze by using the 'Invite Scribe' button.

4. Master meetings

Each meeting will be transcribed from speech to text to generate context-aware analytics. Spiky’s advanced AI algorithms operate behind the scenes to provide meaningful correlations and actionable insights. This process utilizes four data verticals: non-verbal communication, vocal attributes, linguistic analysis, and contextual information.

What if I already have recorded meetings?

Whether you have a meeting recording in your local files or video conferencing tool cloud, you can still analyze your meetings in Spiky.

All you need to do is connect your video conferencing tool to Spiky or manually upload your meeting. For more information, please visit Meetings articles.
