What are Battlecards?
Battlecards are dynamic, AI-suggested cards that surface contextual insights during live calls or meeting reviews. They can include competitive comparisons, objection-handling scripts, pricing notes, technical differentiators, and custom internal knowledge.
Spiky takes this to the next level by automatically detecting topics and keywords during a conversation and displaying the most relevant Battlecard instantly. Whether you’re a rep on the front line, a sales enablement lead training new hires, or a RevOps analyst tracking deal risk, you benefit from smart guidance exactly when it matters.
How to create a Battlecard?
Only admin users can create Battlecards.
Here’s how to create one:
Go to Settings → Templates → Battlecards page.
Click the Create button at the top right.
Give your Battlecard a name.
To have the Battlecard pop up automatically, enter the keywords that should trigger it during a meeting. (max 5 keywords)
Add the notes you want to appear in real-time during the meeting into the Details field.
Click the Create button to finalize.
How to use Battlecards?
While the meeting is in progress, click the Real-Time button on your meeting dashboard.
Then, click on the Battlecard tab at the top.
On the page that opens, you will see your suggested Battlecards based on the topics being discussed. (If the keywords you set are mentioned during the conversation, the relevant Battlecard will appear here.)
Alternatively, you can access all the Battlecards you’ve created by clicking the All Cards tab.
