Real-Time Battlecards for Smarter Conversations

Trigger smart talking points mid-call with Battlecards auto-suggested insights for objections, competitors, and key topics.

Updated this week

The Battlecards help you prepare quick-reference cards for recurring topics, common objections, competitor mentions, or key feature highlights that frequently arise in meetings. These cards are designed to be surfaced automatically during live conversations via Spiky’s real-time coaching features when related keywords are detected.

You can just navigate to the Settings > Templates > Battlecards page to access the Battlecards settings.

How it Works:

When Spiky detects one of the listed keywords during a meeting, the corresponding Battlecard will automatically appear to assist you in real time, offering the right information at the right moment.

Why the Battlecards feature is important:

Battlecards are essential for ensuring consistent, confident, and strategic communication during live customer or prospect conversations. Here's why this feature matters:

  • Real-Time Enablement:
Reps no longer need to memorize or search for answers; Spiky automatically surfaces the right card when relevant terms are mentioned.

  • Objection Handling on the Spot:
Helps your team respond to tough questions, such as pricing, competition, or integrations, with confidence and consistency.

  • Accelerated Ramp-Up Time:
New team members can onboard more quickly with ready-made guidance that appears during live meetings, eliminating guesswork.

  • Cross-Team Alignment:
Keeps your messaging around features, value propositions, or competitor comparisons unified across your sales and success teams.

  • Data-Driven Improvements:
Identifying which Battlecards are triggered most frequently provides insight into recurring objections and can help refine your sales narrative over time.
