How to Use Real-Time Coach
Updated over 2 weeks ago

Our Real-Time Coach provide sales teams with invaluable insights during conversations, enhancing their ability to navigate discussions effectively.

Step 1: How to Access

You can now access real-time coach during your meetings in Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex. There are two options to access real-time insights.

Option 1: In-meeting Notification

  1. Go to Settings > Organization > Scribe.

  2. Enable 'Real-Time Notification Message' to allow the bot to send notifications in the chat during meetings.

To prevent messages from appearing in the chat, leave this setting disabled.

When this setting is enabled, Spiky will post a notification message and link in the meeting chat, visible to all participants. Once you click it, it should take you to a browser window showing the insights.

Only Spiky users within your organization who are attending the meeting can open this link. External participants will not have access to your real-time analysis.

  • Google Meet Notification

  • Zoom Notification

  • Teams Notification

Option 2: Using the Spiky Dashboard

You can also access real-time coach for an ongoing meeting through the platform dashboard.

Step 2: Adjusting Screen

After you access the real-time coach window, the communication insights will automatically appear once a participant begins speaking.

The real-time coach will open in a separate browser window:

  • If you have an extra monitor, we recommend displaying the insights there for better multitasking.

  • Alternatively, you can adjust the window size to fit alongside your meeting on a single screen. We suggest setting the browser window to approximately 30% of your total screen width for optimal viewing.

Feel free to adjust the browser window size and placement to suit your preferences. Below, we've included example layouts for different video conferencing platforms.
