Yes, you can change Scribe's image. After you change its image, it will join your meetings with that image as a participant.
These settings will be applied if you are the only one joining a meeting from your organization. When more than one person joins a call from the same company (determined based on the email domain), we will overwrite Personal Scribe Settings with the Organization’s Scribe Settings.
Please note that due to limitations in Webex, the bot’s name changes only in Google Meets, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams meetings.
Navigate to the Settings>Personal>Scribe page.
Upload your desired image for the Scribe bot.
Changes will be saved automatically.
The format of the uploaded image file must be JPEG and not reach 300kb size.
