Since each user can set different bot configurations within an organization, you can customize the configurations as an organization admin.
When more than one person joins a call from the same company (determined based on the email domain), we will overwrite Personal Scribe Settings with the Organization’s Scribe Settings.
So, as you know, this page is only available to organization admins.
To be able to change the Scribe Settings:
Navigate to the Settings>Organization>Scribe page.
Here, you’ll see all your customizable options, such as the Scribe name, picture, and recording preferences.
The format of the uploaded image file must be JPEG and not reach 300kb size.
