Trackers let you monitor specific keywords and phrases across your meeting conversations. Once configured in Settings → Trackers, they appear automatically in every analyzed meeting under the Transcript tab.
Trackers are organized into tracker groups, each containing one or more related keywords. This grouping makes it easy to track broader themes — for example, a "Pricing" group might include keywords like "cost", "budget", and "price".
Trackers remain consistent across all meeting types, since they are set by you and your team in Settings.
Within the Transcript tab, trackers appear in two places:
Timeline – At the top of the tab, the timeline shows when each participant spoke, when the screen was shared, and when specific trackers were triggered. Each tracker group appears as a labelled row, so you can instantly see at which point in the meeting a topic came up.
Trackers panel – In the transcript section below, click the Trackers button to toggle tracker highlighting in the transcript text, search for specific keywords, and see each occurrence in context with the speaker's name and timestamp.
