Yes, you can change the name of the Spiky Scribe. After you change its name, it will join your meetings with that name as a participant.
Please note that the bot’s name changes only in Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex meetings due to Google Meets limitations.
These settings will be applied if you are the only one joining a meeting from your organization. When more than one person joins a call from the same company (determined based on the email domain), we will overwrite Personal Scribe Settings with the Organization’s Scribe Settings.
To change the name of the Spiky Scribe:
Navigate to the Settings>Personal>Scribe page.
Write your desired name for the Spiky Scribe bot.
Click on the Save Changes button.
