Before you begin:

  • Identify your CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho).

  • Make sure all members in your organization have their CRM accounts and Spiky connected. You will connect your CRM from Settings > Integrations > Personal.

This section is designed to align your CRM with your team’s sales methodology, so that playbook-specific fields and frameworks are automatically tracked and reflected in your meeting analysis.

Available sales methodologies:

  • BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline, is a widely used and lightweight qualification framework.

  • MEDDIC: Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, and Champion are ideal for qualifying deep opportunities.

  • MEDDPICC: A more detailed version of MEDDIC that adds Paper Process, Competition, and internal steps, great for complex enterprise sales.

What it does:

  • Automatically extracts and tags relevant playbook fields from your meetings (e.g., budget signals or pain points).

  • Helps sales teams track pipeline health and improve CRM data quality based on their preferred framework.

  • You can toggle frameworks on/off and even edit descriptions to fit your company’s custom definitions.

How long does it take for CRM data to be visible in Spiky?

Spiky's syncing time depends on several factors, including the volume and type of activity in your account. If you have a high volume of activity or frequently make changes to your deal or opportunity admin details, it may take up to two hours for all changes to appear in Spiky.
