The Organization section in Spiky gives admins complete control over team management, user access, data privacy, and sharing permissions. Whether you're adding new teammates, assigning roles, or configuring consent and report-sharing rules, this area helps you centralize admin tasks and stay compliant with internal policies and regional regulations. Below is a breakdown of the key pages under the Organization tab and what you can manage on each.
1. People management page
People page:
This page allows you to manage all users in your organization’s Spiky account, including roles, permissions, and access levels.
Key features:
User overview: See names, roles, teams, CRM/calendar connection status, and sign-in history.
Roles:
Admin / User / Super Admin: Controls what users can configure and access.
Observer / Active: Controls visibility and interaction within the platform.
Status & Teams: Assign users to teams and activate or deactivate them as needed.
Invite & Filter: Add new team members, filter by invited or active status, or search by name.
✅ Use this page to onboard teammates, manage access, and ensure everyone is connected to the correct teams and integrations (e.g., CRM, calendar).
Navigate to the Settings > Organization > People & Teams page to access the general settings related to your organization. These settings affect everyone in your company.
Teams page:
What you can do on this page:
1. View existing teams
Each row shows a team’s:
Name (e.g., Sales, Customer Success Team)
Managers: Users responsible for managing the team. They may have access to assign roles, monitor performance, or configure team-level settings.
Team Members: Users who belong to that team.
2. Search, sort, and filter
Use the search bar to quickly locate a specific team by name.
Use sorting options to organize teams based on different criteria (e.g., number of members, alphabetical order).
Toggle between People and Teams views using the top-right switch.
3. Create new teams
Click the "Create" button to set up a new team.
You’ll be able to assign team managers and add members to tailor the structure to your org’s needs.
4. View or edit team details
Click the “Details” button next to any team to see more granular info and potentially edit or update the team structure.
2. Consent & sharing settings page
This section lets organization admins control privacy, consent, and data sharing behaviors on Spiky.
Consent settings:
GDPR / KVKK consent email: Automatically sends a compliance email to meeting invitees before sessions. Helps with data protection regulations in EU and Türkiye.
Recording notification message (zoom only): Posts a Zoom chat message informing attendees that Scribe is recording the meeting.
Real-time notification message: Allows Scribe to share a live meeting insights link in chat. If off, insights are only available in the dashboard.
Sharing settings:
Meeting sharing: Let users share public or private reports externally via secure links. Great for sending meeting summaries to clients or stakeholders.
Add public report link to emails: Automatically includes a public version of the report in follow-up emails, ensuring it is safe for external viewers (with no sensitive data).
🔐 These controls help you stay compliant, manage data transparency, and fine-tune how meeting insights are shared inside and outside your organization.
Meeting sharing and public report URL
The meeting-sharing option enables users to generate public and protected links. If this option is disabled, the team member cannot share the meeting report via URL.
By default, Report Ready emails contain a public URL to the meeting report. If this option is disabled, Report Ready emails do not contain the public URL.
