Changing the account type

To be able to change your or others' account type in the Spiky platform, you need to have an admin account.

There are two main accounts on the Spiky platform:

  • Admin

  • Regular User

These accounts are for you to track your company status and enable/disable to see some insights and change the settings related to your company's account. Please check out this article for more detailed information.

Navigate to Settings > Team Management in the Spiky platform. This is the page where you can see/edit the user types of the people in your company account.

  1. Click the dropdown box next to the person you want to change their account type and select the new permission type.

  2. Click Save changes to save the edits.
