Filtering and sorting the outputs

How can you filter or sort the insights in the platform?

Updated over a week ago

There is a lot of information in the Spiky platform, and you may want to filter or sort those outputs to create a more accurate view of your aim.

For the table outputs, you can filter and sort the insights we generate or you created/added to the platform. Each page in the platform has its own type of insights you could filter or sort, but every one of them has the same principle.

Both filtering and sorting are possible for your meetings, insights, deals, and people.

It is as universal and simple as possible.

Filtering

After you filter something, please note that the filtered view won't be saved for the next time, and no one else is able to see your filter - it is only for you to see.

You can filter the outputs by clicking on the filter icon next to the according column title.

Once you click on the filter icon, the platform will give you the possible options in that column, and you will be able to select one or more and filter them.

Another option for filtering is to select pre-given options. You can filter the following:

  • Meeting type

    • All meetings

    • Webex

    • Microsoft Teams

    • Zoom

    • Spiky Scribe

    • Uploads

  • Meeting date

    • 24 hours

    • 7 days

    • 30 days

    • 3 months

    • All

  • Tag types

    • Deal

    • Company

    • Stage

    • Tag

See the example below as an example.

Sorting

After you sort something, please note that the sorted view won't be saved for the next time, and no one else is able to see your sorting - it is only for you to see.

You can sort the outputs by clicking on the arrows next to the according column title.

Once you click on the arrows, the platform will automatically sort the column by the following:

  1. Ascending

  2. Descending

  3. Reset the sorting

When you click another column to sort, the first sort will automatically cancel.

Another option for sorting is to select pre-given options. You can sort the following:

  • Spiky Score

    • High to Low

    • Low to High

  • Alphabetical

    • A to Z

    • Z to A

  • Last meeting/deal

    • Newest

    • Latest
