Filtering and Sorting the Outputs

How can you filter or sort the insights in Spiky?

Updated over 3 months ago

Spiky provides extensive information about your meetings, and you may want to filter or sort these outputs to create a more accurate view of your objectives.

Both filtering and sorting are possible for various aspects of your meetings, including:

  • Meeting type

  • Participants

  • Company

  • Deals

  • Tags

  • Meeting source

These features are designed to be as universal and simple as possible.

Filtering

Please note that any filters you apply will not be saved for the next time you log in, and no one else will be able to see your filters—they are only visible to you.

To filter the outputs, you can type the search name or keyword related to the meetings you are looking for.

Another filtering option is to select pre-given options. Click on the filter icon next to the corresponding column title, and Spiky will display the options in that column, allowing you to select one or more and apply the filter.

Once you click on the drop-down icon, Spiky will display the possible options in that column, allowing you to select one or more and apply the filter.

Sorting

After you sort something, please note that the sorted view won't be saved for the next time, and no one else will be able to see your sorting—it is only for you to see.

You can sort the outputs by clicking the arrows next to the according column title.

Once you click on the arrows, Spiky will automatically sort the column by the following:

  1. Ascending

  2. Descending

  3. Reset the sorting

❗ When you click another column to sort, the first sort will automatically cancel.
