You can easily share the results of your meeting analysis with both internal team members and external collaborators, even if they don’t have a Spiky account. There are two ways to share your meeting analysis: internally, by adding team members to the access list, and externally, by creating public links to the analysis.
External sharing through links allows you to share only limited parts of the meeting, such as video recordings and transcripts. However, internal sharing—by adding Spiky users to the access list—provides full access to the entire report.
Internal Sharing
Internal sharing allows you to add team members to the meeting’s access list.
To share your meeting:
Navigate to the Meetings page and click the Share icon at the right of the page.
Choose a user or a team you would like to share analysis with. (you can check this article for step-by-step instructions on how to create teams in Spiky.)
You can also assign viewer or editor access to the meeting, giving the selected individuals or teams different levels of permissions to interact with the analysis.
External Sharing
External sharing enables you to generate links to the meeting analysis, which can be shared with anyone outside your team, even if they don’t have a Spiky account.
For external sharing, there are two ways to share your analysis with others:
Creating a public link
Generate a protected link with a passcode
Besides, you can either create simple or detailed view report.
Creating a public link to share the analysis
This option will create a public link and automatically save your clipboard (like you copy the link) so that everybody with the link can access the analysis report.
After the pop-up comes, click on the Public link to create the link.
Generate a passcode to share the analysis
This option will create a passcode to prevent anyone from seeing the analysis without a passcode. This option will increase the safety of your shared information.
After the pop-up comes, click on the Protected link option.
Click on the Copy link to generate a link with password protection.
Make sure to copy and share the passcode with the people you share the analysis link.
Can I change password protection to the public?
Yes, you can change it. When you select the Public Link option and click Generate Link, the password protection will be removed. This changes the shared analysis type from Protected to Public, making it accessible without a password.
