The Coaching section in the meeting's Overview tab provides per-participant insights, helping you identify areas for improvement across your team.
Spiky Pulse analyzes each participant's behavior and surfaces six coaching metrics:
Question ratio – The ratio of questions asked during the meeting.
Talking speed – Average speech tempo.
Average patience – How long a participant waits before speaking.
Talk ratio – The percentage of time a participant speaks during the meeting.
Language positivity – The average positivity of the language used.
Voice emotion – The emotion conveyed by the speaker's voice.
These insights contribute to your meeting's Spiky Score. Navigate to Overview > Coaching in the meeting analysis to see these metrics.
