How can I add a new team member?

Please note that you need an admin account to invite new members to the platform.

There is two way to invite new members to the platform:

  1. Through people page

  2. Through settings

Through people page

Navigate to the People page in the Spiky platform.

  1. Click the Invite button on the top left corner.

  2. Enter the email address(es) of the user(s) you want to invite. For multiple users, you can use a comma (,) between their email addresses.

  3. Click the Invite button to send their invitations.

Through settings

Navigate to Settings > Team Management in the Spiky platform. This is the page where you can see/edit the user types of the people in your company account.

  1. Click the Invite button in the top right corner.

  2. Enter the email address(es) of the user(s) you want to invite. You can use a comma (,) between multiple users' email addresses.

  3. Click the Invite button to send their invitations.
