How to Delete Your Account?

This article explains how you can delete your Spiky account, depending on whether you're using an individual or organization account.

If you'd like to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:

For Single-User Accounts

  1. Go to Settings in your account.

  2. Navigate to the Organization> People & Teams section.

  3. Click the three dots on the right side of the row containing your account information.

  4. Select Delete.

  5. Confirm the deletion.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • All your personal data and account information will be permanently deleted.

  • This action is irreversible.

  • You will lose access to all features, content, and historical data associated with your account.

For Multi-User Organization Accounts

  • Only admins can delete user accounts within the organization.

  • Regular users cannot delete their own accounts; please contact your admin for assistance.

Important for Super Admins:

  • Super admin accounts cannot be deleted directly under multi-user organization accounts.

  • To proceed, please contact us at [email protected] and request that another user be promoted to super admin.

  • Once that change is completed, your current super admin account can be deleted upon request.
