In some cases, users may encounter errors when trying to connect their Outlook calendar to Spiky. This issue typically arises because the necessary permissions have not been granted by the Microsoft Admin for your organization. To resolve this, the Microsoft Admin will need to allow the Tenant ID shared below.
Cause of the Issue:
The issue occurs because the setting "Do not allow applications outside of approved Tenant IDs" is likely enabled in your organization's Microsoft settings. This setting restricts the ability of third-party applications to connect unless they are explicitly listed as approved.
Solution:
To resolve the issue, your Microsoft Admin will need to add Spiky to the list of approved Tenant IDs or applications. Once this step is completed, the calendar connection should work without any further issues.
Steps for the Microsoft Admin:
Log in to the Microsoft Admin Center.
Go to Azure Active Directory
Add the following details to the approved list:
Display Name: Spiky.ai Outlook Integration V2
Application (Client) ID: 3d3652ea-07fb-4bd9-aad7-9097b065e5b4
Directory (Tenant) ID: b4caf535-e98e-4029-be34-b64ca1131700
Once this update is made, the issue should be resolved, and users will be able to connect their Microsoft Outlook calendars to Spiky seamlessly.
