Even if I sync my deals through my CRM, can I edit them?

Of course, you can edit them. But please remember that this is not a two-way synchronization. So, your edits will only stay on the Spiky platform.

Navigate to the Tags page in the platform.

  1. Go to the tab (Deal, Company, Tag) you want to edit.

  2. Click three dots at the end of the row that you will edit.

  3. Click the Edit button.

  4. After changing information, click the Update button to save your edits.
