The Billing page in Spiky is where you can manage your subscription and review the available pricing plans tailored to different team sizes and needs. Whether you're just starting with our Free plan or scaling with our Enterprise features, this page helps you understand what each tier includes.

Plan Overview:

You’ll see a side-by-side comparison of the following plans:

  • Free: Ideal for individuals or small teams just getting started. Includes 10 meetings per user/month and access to core features like transcription, Scribe, topic detection, and community support.

  • Plus: Adds advanced features such as keyword tracking, snippets, and custom branding. Designed for growing teams that need better structure and insights.

  • Pro: Includes everything in Plus, with CRM and Slack integration, playbooks, AI-based coaching, and real-time advanced participant insights.

  • Premium: Offers unlimited meetings per user, along with additional tools such as executive dashboards, battlecards, key moment detection, and passive seat licenses.

  • Enterprise: A fully customized plan built for large teams. Includes all Premium features plus priority Slack support, customization options, and a dedicated support channel.

Key Functionalities on the Billing Page:

  • Toggle between Monthly and Annual pricing to compare cost savings (up to 18% off annually).

  • See which plan you're currently on.

  • Easily switch plans by selecting “Select Plan.”
