This page is the Spiky Agent Templates section in your Spiky settings. It allows you to manage and create pre-defined templates used by the Spiky Agent, which generates automated meeting summaries, structured emails, follow-ups, and other messages.

🔍 What you can do on this page:

1. View and manage agent templates

  • Custom Agents: These are user-created templates tailored to specific use cases like follow-up emails, product meeting summaries, or Slack updates.

  • Default Agents: Provided by Spiky, these are pre-built templates for common workflows like investor follow-ups or to-do creation from technical discussions.

Each template includes:

  • Template Name

  • Creation Date

  • Sharing Scope:

    • Personal: Only visible to you.

    • Organizational: Shared across your entire workspace.

  • Creator: Shows who created the template.

2. Create new templates

  • Click the orange Create button in the top-right corner to draft a new template from scratch.

  • These templates are used within the “Spiky Agent” during meeting analysis to automate consistent output across use cases like deal reviews or feedback messages.

3. Search & Filter

  • You can search for templates by name or filter them based on who created them or sharing scope.
